Shipping and Handling

*Shipping is done through chit chats if you are wanting tracked shipping. 

Preorders

*Preorders can take anywhere from 2-6 months, this is due to the manufacturers needing time to making the pins and any unexpected issues that may arise. I then need to grade, package and send out the pins. This takes time.

*NO REFUNDS on preorders.

*All preorders pins are standard/first grade pins (unless the option for seconds/B grade was an option and was picked by the customer.)

Replacements

*I do do replacements, if I still have extras of the pin in hand. A replacement could be if a preorder is received and its heavily flawed, or the wrong grade is sent. In order to qualify for replacements you need to contact me within 7 days of receiving your pin. for any orders lost in the mail, pleas4e reach out to the shipping company for a refund. I buy insurance on every order.

**I would also like to add that some of the characters depicted in the pins and stickers are not characters that I own copyrights to. These are not official merchandise so please keep that in mind when buying from this shop**
